What Makes EtonHouse Pre-School by the Beach Special?
Located at Beachview in Sentosa, this unique Pre-School offers an unparalleled learning environment with stunning views of Sentosa's shoreline and will offer a programme from 18 months to 6 years of age. Our creative and purposefully designed bilingual environment offers an immersive environment for children and educators. By blending elements of the sun, sand and sea into our curriculum, we aim to inspire and enrich the children's learning journey, encouraging them to explore and connect with their surroundings in meaningful ways. EtonHouse Pre-School by the Beach introduces a ground-breaking educational experience for pre-schoolers. Our key pillars are:
The Island is My Playground
We offer a curriculum designed to provide real-life learning experiences on Sentosa island, embracing its natural habitat and educational potential.
The World is My Oyster
Our global classroom projects engage students worldwide, making our pre-school a hub for international inquiry projects and cross-cultural collaboration.
I Learn with My Community
Part of the pre-school is transformed into an edutainment hub for families on weekends, fostering community engagement.
Inquiry-Based Curriculum
Our inquiry-based approach values and respects children as competent, creative and curious individuals. Our educators listen, observe, and plan learning experiences that respond to each child’s needs, interests, and ideas. Whether it is a small-group project, hands-on experiences or simply playing outdoors, the curriculum is designed to challenge and extend children’s knowledge and skills throughout the day. Character development is also integrated into every aspect of our curriculum — we lead by example and hope to inculcate values like respect, kindness, and honesty through our daily interactions with the children.
Passionate And Highly Qualified Educators
The only school in Singapore that works directly with the Reggio Children International Network, its educators receive high-quality professional learning on the Reggio Emilia approach. As one of the few education groups in Singapore with a dedicated research and training arm, we also have a dedicated research and training arm that allows our educators to receive ongoing professional development throughout the year and access the resources to continuously improve their curriculum.
Close-knitted Community
We maintain close and open communication with our community of parents. We keep personalised portfolios for each child with detailed observations about his or her development and continually update parents through emails, newsletters and parent-teacher conferences.
Each and every class has their own creative way of getting parents involved once a term—mystery readers, cultural cooking and collaboration on a mini-project, to name a few. Celebrations and festivals are also fantastic opportunities for the school community to get together. So look forward to joining us for the many celebrations that we have, given the multi-cultural context that we live in!
Strong Bilingual Programme
We have a strong track record of students doing well in both local and international primary schools. An immersive environment for English and Mandarin exposes children to both languages from a young age. Our Mandarin language programme also emphasises cultural immersion that fosters a lifelong love for the language.
Pathway to Primary, Secondary and High School
Upon graduation, families can choose to stay within the EtonHouse family. We have three Primary Schools across the island, including our EtonHouse Orchard campus that offers a powerful pathway from Primary to High School. EtonHouse Broadrick is another popular campus families choose for their IB Primary Years Programme (PYP).
*EtonHouse Singapore Pre-Schools offer childcare services from 7 am - 7 pm, and follow the academic calendar of January to December. Singaporeans are eligible for government (ECDA) subsidies.

Hendy Handoko, Parent of Julian, Pre-School by the Beach
All his teachers were genuinely caring and welcoming, and they went the extra mile to make sure Julian felt comfortable. Within just a few days, it was obvious that his favourite place was his new school. Out of the excellent educational programmes, we appreciate Mandarin class the best. Read more here

We also love the wildlife that children can naturally encounter around the island. The strong emphasis that EtonHouse places on pastoral care and emotional wellbeing is also extremely important for us, forming positive relationships with teachers and caregivers as well as feeling connected to the school environment we know will positively enhance his development and, most importantly, ensure his happiness.
